Made-to-order merchandise is produced for your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color you selected incorrectly, except where required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact support@respun.tv within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and issue so we can review it and coordinate a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If your order has not arrived, contact us promptly with your order number so we can investigate. Address errors and requested changes should be reported as soon as possible; correction or reshipping costs may apply. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
